The Forgotten Children Event: Nikolai Kuleba, Ombudsman for the Rights of Children from the Office of the President of Ukraine and Oleg Shelashskiy, President of Україна Без Сиріт (Ukraine Without Orphans) will be with us in November to cast vision and outline strategy with Mission 823 to place 106,000 children in Christian Family Homes in Ukraine.
